Terms and Conditions of Use: Website Copywriting Template + Mini SEO Guide (Express Copy Template)

1. Introduction
1.1 These terms govern your use of the Website Copywriting Template (“the Template”) provided by Zo Connected. By purchasing and using the Template, you agree to these terms.
1.2 If you do not agree with these terms, you must not purchase, download, or use the Template.

2. Licence to Use
2.1 Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the Template for your personal or business use.

2.2 You may:
Use the Template as a guide to create your website copy for yourself and your business.
Write your own copy based on the template structure.
Edit and customise the template for your own personal or business use where the purpose is creating and writing your website copy and website structure (including moving sections around, changing orders and creating new pages and sections for the purpose of your own website copy)

3. Restrictions
3.1 You may not:
Sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Template to any third party (this includes using the Template to create website copy for your clients’ websites. If you wish to use the Template for your clients, you must purchase the version specifically for designers, marketers, copywriters, and other resellers.)
Claim the Template or the structure and strategy of any website copy as your own intellectual property.
Use the copy examples word-for-word in your own copy.
Share the contents of the Template. This includes sharing the Canva link, PDF, Word document, or making copies of the Template in any form, and sharing it with others without direct permission of Zo Connected.
Breach of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your licence.

4. Sharing Permissions
4.1 You may share that you use the Template (e.g., a shout-out on social media) to promote or showcase your experience, provided you do not share its contents.

5. Ownership
5.1 The Template remains the intellectual property of Zoe Barnett.
5.2 All rights not expressly granted to you in these terms are reserved.

6. Refunds and Returns
6.1 Due to the digital nature of the Template, refunds or returns are not offered after purchase, including instances where you change your mind.
6.2 If you encounter technical or other issues with the Template, please contact hello@zoconnected.com for assistance.
7. Disclaimer

7.1 The Template is provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for customising it to suit your needs and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

8. Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising therefrom or associated therewith) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

By agreeing these T&Cs both Parties understand that a legally binding Contract, under these terms, has been agreed and will be in force.
