Terms and Conditions of Use
Zo Connected’s Website Copywriting Templates + Mini SEO Guide
(Including Access to “Zo’s Copy Bestie”)
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of Zo Connected’s Website Copywriting Templates, including any accompanying materials such as the Mini SEO Guide and access to “Zo’s Copy Bestie” (together referred to as the “Templates”).
1.2 By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Templates, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, download, access, or use the Templates.
2. Licence to Use
2.1 Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the Templates for your own personal or business use.
2.2 You may:
Use the Templates as a guide to create your own website copy and structure
Write your own copy using the framework, prompts, and structure provided
Edit and customise the Templates for your own business, including moving sections, changing order, adapting prompts, or creating new pages based on the framework
2.3 This licence is granted to one purchaser only. Access may not be shared with team members, contractors, collaborators, clients, or third parties unless an appropriate multi-user or reseller licence has been purchased.
3. Restrictions
3.1 You may not:
Sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, reproduce, or transfer the Templates (in whole or in part) to any third party
Use the Templates to create website copy for clients unless you have purchased the appropriate commercial or reseller licence
Claim the Templates, their structure, frameworks, prompts, methodology, or strategy as your own intellectual property
Use the example copy word-for-word in your own website
Share, duplicate, forward, reproduce, or provide access to the Templates in any format (including Canva links, PDFs, Word documents, Google Docs, screenshots, copied text, or derivative versions that closely replicate the original structure)
Use the Templates or Zo’s Copy Bestie to create competing templates, AI tools, prompt libraries, educational products, or services that substantially replicate Zo Connected’s proprietary frameworks or methodology
3.2 Any breach of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your licence without refund and may result in legal action.
4. Zo’s Copy Bestie (Custom GPT Access)
4.1 Access to “Zo’s Copy Bestie” is provided exclusively to verified purchasers of Zo Connected’s Website Copywriting Templates and is licensed to a single user only.
4.2 Zo’s Copy Bestie constitutes proprietary intellectual property, including but not limited to:
Custom system instructions
Prompt frameworks
Training inputs
Strategic methodology
Conversation flows
Embedded brand positioning guidance
Output structures
4.3 You may not:
Share, forward, distribute, sublicense, or provide access to Zo’s Copy Bestie to any third party
Allow clients, contractors, team members, collaborators, or agencies to use it
Screen record, duplicate, export, scrape, copy, document, or systematically extract prompts, system instructions, outputs, or internal structure
Reverse engineer, analyse, deconstruct, replicate, or recreate the GPT’s structure, instructions, prompt logic, or methodology
Use outputs to train, build, fine-tune, or inform another AI tool, chatbot, GPT, prompt library, course, template, or commercial product
Create derivative works that substantially replicate Zo’s Copy Bestie’s structure, strategy, or proprietary prompt framework
Use the GPT in connection with client work unless a specific commercial licence has been purchased
4.4 Any attempt to replicate, commercialise, or exploit Zo’s Copy Bestie, its structure, logic, methodology, or outputs constitutes a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of intellectual property rights.
4.5 Zo Connected reserves the right to:
Suspend or permanently revoke access without notice if misuse is suspected
Pursue legal remedies where intellectual property infringement occurs
4.6 Access to Zo’s Copy Bestie is provided as a value-added tool and may be modified, updated, replaced, or discontinued at any time without notice.
5. Sharing Permissions
5.1 You may share that you use Zo Connected’s Templates (for example, via testimonials or social media), provided you do not share any part of the Templates’ contents, structure, prompts, access links, or materials.
6. Ownership
6.1 The Templates, including all written materials, frameworks, prompts, structures, strategy, and Zo’s Copy Bestie, remain the intellectual property of Zoe Barnett trading as Zo Connected.
6.2 All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.
7. Refunds and Returns
7.1 Due to the digital nature of the Templates, refunds, exchanges, or returns are not offered once purchase is completed, including where you change your mind.

8. Disclaimer
8.1 The Templates are provided “as is” without guarantees or warranties of specific business results, rankings, revenue, or outcomes.
8.2 You are responsible for customising the Templates to suit your business and ensuring your website and copy comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters arising from them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 By purchasing and using the Templates, both parties acknowledge that a legally binding contract has been formed under these Terms.
