AI Policy

Last updated: 24.03.2026
At Zo Connected, artificial intelligence (AI) is used intentionally across certain areas of the business to support accessibility, efficiency, and scalable learning.
This includes both internal use within the business, and externally within selected products, tools, and resources.
This policy outlines how AI is used, what it does (and does not do), and where responsibility sits when engaging with these tools.
1. How AI is used within Zo Connected
AI may be used within Zo Connected to:
Support digital products such as templates, prompts, and AI-assisted tools
Assist with idea generation, structuring, and content development
Streamline internal processes such as research, organisation, and productivity
Where AI is used within client work or deliverables, all outputs are reviewed, refined, and approved by a human.
However, AI tools provided directly to customers (e.g. templates or AI assistants) generate outputs independently and are not reviewed or approved in real time.
2. Not personalised advice
AI-generated outputs provided through Zo Connected tools:
Are not personalised advice
Do not constitute professional, strategic, or business advice
Do not create a client or advisory relationship with Zo Connected
These tools are built using Zo Connected’s frameworks and methodologies, but outputs are generated automatically and do not reflect tailored, human-led strategy.
They are not a substitute for working directly with Zo Connected.
3. No reliance or liability
By using any AI-powered tools provided by Zo Connected, you acknowledge and agree that:
You use all outputs at your own discretion and risk
Zo Connected is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from use of AI-generated content
No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, completeness, or performance
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, lack context, or require adaptation. They should not be relied upon as definitive or final.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for:
Reviewing, editing, and validating all AI-generated outputs
Ensuring content is appropriate for your business, audience, and legal obligations
Seeking appropriate professional advice where required
AI tools are intended as a support mechanism, not a finished or authoritative solution.
5. Human services vs AI tools
Working with Zo Connected directly includes:
Bespoke strategy
Nuanced decision-making
Real-time collaboration and expert input
This level of thinking and application cannot be replicated through AI tools.
6. AI and data protection
Zo Connected is committed to handling data responsibly.
Sensitive or personally identifiable client data is not knowingly input into public AI tools without appropriate safeguards
Any use of data is handled in line with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR
AI is not used to make fully automated decisions with legal or significant impact without human involvement
For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property & permitted use
All Zo Connected frameworks, prompts, templates, AI training inputs, and methodologies are proprietary and protected intellectual property.
Access to these materials grants a limited, non-transferable licence for personal or business use only.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute the materials
Share access with third parties
Use the materials to create competing products or services
Train your own AI systems using Zo Connected content
Unauthorised use may result in removal of access and potential legal action.
8. Limitations of AI
AI tools are designed to support — not replace — strategic thinking.
Outputs may:
Lack nuance or context
Be incomplete or require refinement
Not reflect current best practice or your specific market
Human judgement should always be applied.
9. Updates to this policy
Zo Connected reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
